PITOGO, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) - A 25-year old man was arrested by
operatives of Pitogo MPS at during law enforcement operation at Purok 4, Brgy
Panubigan, Pitogo, Zambonaga Del Sur at about 9:10 AM of August 1, 2018.

Police identified the arrested as Ernesto Yap Tangyang Jr, 25 years old, married
farmer and resident of the above-mentioned place
The accused
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case #
19-035 for Violation of RA 9262 with bail recommended of P 24,000.00 issued by
Hon Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge 9th Judicial Region, RTC Branch 29, San
Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur on May 4, 2017.
The arrested
wanted person is now under the custody of Pitogo MPS for documentation and
booking procedure prior turn over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
