SAN
PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (June 25, 2018) -
PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS arrested wanted person during the conduct of
police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok 2, Barangay Daplayan, San
Pablo, Zamboanga del Sur on June 24, 2018 at about 5:45pm.
The police identified the arrested
person as Deodemo Jupelo Y Jamisola, 47 years old, married, male, and resident
of Purok 2, Barangay Daplayan, San Pablo of this province.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Homicide, docketed under Criminal Case no.
9923-2k10, issued by Hon. Rolando L Goan, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional
Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 20, Pagadian City with bail bond
recommended of forty thousand pesos (PHP 40,000.00).
Subject person is now temporary
detained at San Pablo MPS detention cell awaiting court disposition.
